Andrea Hernández Briceño is a journalist and photojournalist based in Caracas, Venezuela. She is a TEDx speaker and National Geographic explorer. She tells representative stories about the environment, gender, and social phenomena that put the dignity of participants in the center of the narrative. Her work has been published by The Washington Post, The New Yorker, Bloomberg Businessweek and Time Magazine. She also co-founded the female collective Ayün Fotógrafas and the workshop Ojo Pelao.
