Gabriela Sá Pessoa is a freelance journalist based in São Paulo, Brazil. She is a contributing reporter at the Associated Press and has previously worked with The New York Times, The Washington Post, and leading Brazilian news outlets. In 2023, she was the Elizabeth Neuffer Fellow with the International Women’s Media Foundation.
