Faisal Mahmud is a technology reporter based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has reported for several international news outlets including Al Jazeera, Nikkei Asia, TRT World Asia Times, Vice News, Voice of America and the Wire. Faisal has received a number of fellowships including Jefferson Fellowship, Adenauer Fellowship, and Thomson Reuters Foundation fellowship, and recently won the SABEW award for his business report in Nikkei Asia.
