Rina Chandran is a deputy editor at Rest of World. She was previously the publication's Southeast Asia editor based in Bangkok. Prior to that, Rina was the tech correspondent for Context at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, and has held roles at Reuters, Bloomberg News and the Financial Times. She has an MFA in Writing from the Johns Hopkins University and an MA in Business & Economics Reporting from New York University.
